Hahah - I was going to freeze some down. Not sure how much will be left once they are cooled.

Pics look great Rubydoo!
Phil you salty old sea dog! :)

Except that it's known that salt (in excess) masks flavour. To know the difference you'd have to stay away from salt completely for several months to realise just how much flavour you're really missing.

I wonder then what you'd make of the offerings that were in the group test of chicken tikka as I found them (and particularly dipuraja's) overbearingly salty, compared to this version?

well my recipe contains NO added salt, NO added food colourings and NO Pataks!!!
(But I think theres probably plenty of salt and colour in the Rajah massala anyway) lol

OMG. Wife has just come in, smelt the tikka, grabbed a wholemeal tortilla wrap and stuffed it with tikka, coriander, tomatoes, lemon juice and ( cannot believe this ) salad cream. Subsequently shoved the lot down her gregory peck and , I am pleased to say, then declared how good it was. Result.
Ok, so I had one as well ( 2 actually ). Pity we have no raita lying around.

Now I am off for the Xmas period and catching up on chores, I made 3.6kg of this stuff this morning, which is happily marinading in my fridge, where it will be cooked on Saturday :)
The other 1.4kg out of the 5kg pack is now marinading as pre-cooked Chicken and will be given the same treatment on Saturday as well ;D

Planning a few kilos myself. Going to do them on the barbeque and test out my skewers.
