Title: Cajun and Creole food

I must admit I am partial to the Cajun and Creole cuisine fell in love with it when I used to visit my aunt in Arkansas I know before anyone says it she lived 5 miles away from the Louisiana border , has anyone else tried cooking southern style ?

As I am...... It's just finding authentic recipes that's the problem. ;)
