Any body use a good tried and tested recipe, tried to do a search on here but came back with nothing.
Thanks.
Don't know if this is any use, UF, but Vah-Chef has a video recipe (http://www.vahrehvah.com/sambhar+:3265) plus a couple of other written recipes on his site.
Never having seen let alone tasted a sambhar, I wouldn't know if the recipes are any good or not.
Cheers Naga found a few good ones in "The Classic 1000 Indian Recipes" book http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Classic-1000-Indian-Recipes/dp/0572018630/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1354384791&sr=8-2 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Classic-1000-Indian-Recipes/dp/0572018630/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1354384791&sr=8-2)
Good stuff. Let us know how the recipes turn out. :)
