Hi guys, I've trawling the net for a good Indian curry site and looks like I've hit the jackpot.  Look forward to reading all the great info here and sharing my creations.  I love curry, that's the best way to describe my taste for curry.

I'm a novice cook in comparison to you guys and to be honest I compile spices and ingredients at will to try and create a flavour I enjoy but really want to learn the base rules of curry and build from there.

So hi again and thanks for creating this great site.

Welcome Howard.  Plenty of info and help available on the site and many of us are still learning stuff everyday.  Let us know how you get on :D
