Mornin' all!

Great site fellas! I've been meaning to attempt cooking an authentic restaurant style curry for years, but always been too half-arsed about at and decided to order a takeaway! This site looks like an excellent place for ideas and recipes.
Have already made Darth's base sauce and will be attempting a Balti using it at the weekend.

Welcome Rich0 you have found the best site on the web I am relatively new too you can spend hours on here and find yourself entertained, inspired and drooling for the hot stuff enjoy
