I am a retired Firefighter who was the curry maker at the station, looks like some good recipes on here, will visit often I hope.

Is that what happens after a really hot curry? Welcome too as a newbie to the site I can strongly recommend it to you. I am absolutely hooked and My curry cooking of 30 year's has taken on a completely new dimension

I cant belive that I have been seeking the golden "chicken tikka madras" chalice for 20 years, one base sauce and chicken pathia recipe later and I am in curry heaven!! I go on my knees and hail you Gods of the curry world!!

Thanks CuryryQueen, I have just made a Madras tonite..  it was superb and very very hot as I like it...methinks I will live up to my name tommorow morning. :o
