Hi Folks,
Have been trying to get that elusive Restaurant "thing " for years. Like a lot of you , everybody who samples your efforts , thinks it is wonderful, except you. Have been browsing this great site for a while and tried a few things, and must say the samplers were impressed by the results. I'll just have to curry on with the work ;D.
