Don't you people suffer from garlic breath? Where I used to work there was one chap who was hypersensitive to it and refused to be within 10 metres of me when I'd had a curry the night before. In fact although I love garlic I don't like smelling it on other people's breath either, strange eh?

What's the best time of the day to eat curry at a BIR? At lunch time (more time?) or in the evening (better prepared) ? And should one avoid the head chef's day off? Would they tell you if the head chef was there, if you asked before placing an order?
Regards

Good point George, I've always noticed that more often than not mid week currys are naff compared to what I've had at the weekends. I put this down to the main chef having a night of. Another point worth mentioning is don't order a takeaway if they have a buffet night, I've had complete crap turn up sometimes that im sure is a madras off the cart they have just chucked some more chili powder in to make it a vindaloo :-[
As for time of year to eat curry I eat it all year round day or night, I usualy get the urge and just have to have one 8)
