Has anyone got a view on the Raj TV programme Chef Special. It was on Sky last night with interview of chef in restauant cooking curry.
The quality of the sound and picture suggests a hand held recorder is in use and adds to the mystique about the hidden art.
Is it worth sticking with this in the weeks ahead and has anybody been following it up till now?
Still cant get enough

Ive watched it a couple of times, one was poor, one was very good (BIR chef in action and being interviewed, admittedly in poor english)

Ha,
I found this v-funny, it alway looked
like the person interviewing was
going to get a punch on the
nose. dont you ask too much or else.
standing in the wrong place at the wrong time,
and asking too much or too silly question.
I think the person interviewing and the producers
deserve a pat on the back (or a drink down the big market)
well done Raj Tv
Did anyone else see the program
about the get going of Raj Tv on sky.

That presenter is well funny, he talks some right nonsense.
I've tried the curry that they did from scratch in Birmingham and it was quite nice.
Problem was he didn't get the chef to explain clearly what was in the base sauce.
Looked a dark brown colour though.
One of the chef always flamed the curry and put in whole cumin seeds, onions, garlic and ginger to start with.
They should do more of these programs.

I think the cooking sessions are strained
and awkward but he puts up with it.
