Curry Powder Master Recipe based on Julie Sahni - Classic Indian Vegetarian, pg. 92 1/2 cup coriander seed 1 TBS cumin (this is twice Julies) 1 1/2 tsp mustard seed 1 1/2 tsp fenugreek seed 1 1/2 tsp black peppercorn 30 - 40 dry curry leaves (twice Julies) 6 fresh curry leaves (dried in comal) 4 black cardamon pods (all of the pod) 3 TBS tumeric Notes: Make sure to grind curry leaves with something else or they will not pulverize. Grind cardamon pod whole. No chile added. I like to add this separately when cooking
