Hi every one, I? am Ali,  for the last 23 years I have been involved in Indian restaurant trade, I own a very successful  Indian restaurant  Viceroy Brasserie in Abbots Langley , Watford. , as a joke few weeks ago, one very busy night I picked up my mobile and started recording in the kitchen.

Hi everyone, thank you so much for lovely comments, although I have spent many years in this trade I still consider my self to be a newbie when comes to Indian cooking,discovering this forum will help me to learn much more about Indian cuisine,I hope to contribute much as I can.
