That ain't right ;D

I recently made a shrimp curry from a Madhur Jaffrey book that was a lot like this one, and it was quite tasty.  10 minutes for shrimp seems a bit excessive, though I suppose they are pretty big.

I think this is a great site but beware there are the odd mistakes. Did you spot the deliberate mistake in this one then?  Look at the colour of the spices and the name given to them; I think they got a bit mixed up with Cumin and Turmeric
