Nice video. That was the inspiration for cooking my Balti Pathia. I even cooked mine in the balti pan as well. Great fun imo. :)

Getting the pans was a bit of a novelty at the time
when we were on the old Balti trail.

But I use it more and more, great as a wok for very quick stir fries
and side dishes.
