ok guys its time for another batch of base sauce . Darths last two times with plenty of success. Any other suggestions to try?  I did Terrys second one and found that to be a good one too .    Cheers Marc

Have you tried Bruce Edwards?  I can recommend that or what about the Brick Lane restaurant base:
