Just sifting through posts and wondering how many members "that post", are cooking curries
on electric or Induction (Magnetic) or even on traditional Aga hot plate.

I use electric ceramic and halogen hob and it seems to do the business for me  :)

Originally electric; formerly Rayburn  (Aga lookalike) and gas; now halogen and induction but made Greek coffee on chef's blowtorch (butane) yesterday !
