Hi All,
I'm looking for a balti base recipe, and can't seem to find one, does anyone have one ???
I have tried admins base (which is a balti base i think) but don't have the same kick to it as my local T/A,

It's called "Bombay Balti" so I would assume that it's a genuine Balti House, although you never can tell these day's ;D
