defiantly my next gadget have seen them in Michelin star restaurants ( that's good enough for me  :) )
They come in different sizes  I Particularly like the small one that you can use indoors

Edit: Not found price in pounds, but even the small model is around 550 dollars - blimey! - maybe not then....
