Excellent starting point, CA.  I have taken your message and massaged it into a slightly more user-friendly format (URLs concealed, etc), and I will post it following this message so as to keep the commentary separate from the content.  I will continue to work on it, dividing it into categories and so on, while I still have modify access , so I would be very grateful for any comments, suggestions and corrections before it is too late to make further changes.

Please note that Korma is treated differently to all of the other entries; I am not aware of the historical reason for this, but it may be possible to make it uniform with the other entries while tidying things up.

IMVHO, a completely new top-level thread ?  "Recipe collections", or some such similar name, where we can add indexes to recipes and techniques originating from a single author.  Bruce Edwards would spring to mind as the next one to tackle.

Guys, I am delighted that you are facilitating bringing the recipes back together and it will make sense when I add more in the coming weeks diary permitting. I don't want to appear ungrateful but the links Don't take me to my original posts of which there was two initial ones then a subsequent one some time later. Am I asking for two much to have them as they were. For the purpose of the exercise and to stop a big thread starting please remove this post if you wish. So thanks again C A, Phil and Stew. PP
