1-2 tbsp Oilfor greasing

400g White chocolateroughly chopped

80g Ginger rootroughly chopped

50g Mini marshmallows

200g Pack fruit and nut mix30g roughly chopped
Directions
The best no-bake treat for everyone. You can also make them veggie by replacing the mini marshmallows with chopped fruit and nuts instead!

Cut aligned a 20cm square tin with nonstick baking paper. |

Add ginger, marshmallows and unchopped fruit and nut mix in a mixing bowl and pour in the chocolate. |

Mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. Take it out and pour into the prepared tin . |

Sprinkle over the chopped fruit and nuts. Finally chill in the fridge for 2 hrs to set, then use a warm knife to cut into 16 squares. Enjoy! |
