Hi Unclefrank,I also make this Tikka Masala recipe, but I also add 6 tbsp coconut milk powder (maggi) and also mix that with 200 ml of single cream and I put the almond powder in with that too, whisk it until you get a smooth paste, then add it after you've added the base sauce, mix it in thoroughly and you end up with a super fine creamy Tikka Masala sauce.
