To spec. Tej patta. Optional chilli powder included.
Vegetables
Wood
Garlic/ginger, spice mix and tomatoes
Finished
Blended. I left it to cool overnight. Then, a good mix, prior to freezing about 2/3 of it.
Remaining gravy after adding some water to thin. Used to make Balti Chicken (Mick's recipe).
Planned to use fresh chicken. Had 500 g (yellow sticker) diced chicken ready. However, when I taste-tested the gravy decided to pre-cook all of it (in the gravy). Unfortunately no photos of the Balti Chicken. In too much of a rush to eat it!
Balti Chicken and Mushroom is on the menu this evening, so will take a few pics. I think I will have it with home made Keto Roti.

Big thanks to Mick. Initial thoughts. This is a very special recipe. Authentic Birmingham Balti.
