)
- Gram Flour 300gms
- Methi large pinch
- Chopped Coriander Large pinch
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste 1tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1tsp
- Water
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients bar the chicken and water
- Gradually add water until the mixture holds its consistency when dripping off the back of a spoon
- Add the chicken
- Mix carefully
- Drop a piece at a time into hot oil. The pieces will bob up to the surface so push down with a slotted spoon.
- Half way through cooking, take each piece out to rest for one minute and then continue cooking until cooked through.
