Saturday is of course curry night in our house (as are most of the other nights as well ;D)
Decided to go for a madras tonight, of late I havent been precooking onions so here's stage 1 frying the onions.
The wok is courtesy of my local asian grocer

And here's the star of the show, my hob has a large central 3.3Kw burner, not as hot as a BIR range but not bad
