Madras
« on: July 23, 2005, 09:02 PM »
Saturday is of course curry night in our house (as are most of the other nights as well  ;D)

Decided to go for a madras tonight, of late I havent been precooking onions so here's stage 1 frying the onions.

The wok is courtesy of my local asian grocer

And here's the star of the show, my hob has a large central 3.3Kw burner, not as hot as a BIR range but not bad
