Midnight Snack No.8

Kebabished 4 lamb cutlets after making up some Naan Dough. ;D

Trimmed the cutlets and gave them a good going over with my trusty meat mallet.
Gave them a 15 min marinade, then onto the griddle for 10mins.

The absolute dogs, scoffed one as a starter, deboned the others for the Balti.

Created the Balti with precooked chunky onion and mixed peppers.
A double whammy of a spice hit, but the melt in the mouth Lamb flavour and texture still sang its song.

Excellent off the cuff supper, just got to remember and write down a recipe.

curry on ;)
cheers Chewy

Cutlets look the business again Chewy. I've been tempted to have a try of the Lamb Loin chops from Farmfoods as you can get 3 packs (24 chops in total) for

The DB's once again CT  ;)  May I ask if your 'Midnight Snacks' normally follow a session at your local boozer? ... if so, I'm even more impressed  :)

Cheers,
Ken

Oooops, sorry for the delay, posted this one and popped out for work, then other stuff got in the way.

Thanks for the comments guys. :D

Never been to a farmfoods Gav, I don't think there's one near me, but sounds cheap enough.

MT, not sure about the Owl bit, some might say, Old Buzzard maybe. ;D

Garp, I made a couple of thin Roti's, going to make Naan when I go and get my big old Wok.
I've got two good Tava's, both quality Non-stick, not much use for flipping Naans.
Probably don't qualify anyhoo, as I don't need to follow ex member H4ppyleader :D

GA, never touch a drop, honest, hic! ;D

cheers Chewy

update, got the old Wok, Naans O.K. but no cigar, Need to get some proper Elephant Atta
Good fun and tasty, all the same. :)
